| 내용 | 인간 혈소판의 UDP-글루쿠론산전이효소(UGT) 동종효소 mRNA 발현을 확인하고 흡연자와 비흡연자 간 차이를 비교하였다. 혈소판에서 UGT1A5와 UGT2B15 mRNA가 검출되었으며, 흡연자는 비흡연자보다 각각 약 11.3배와 3.3배 높은 발현을 보여 기능적 의미를 파악하기 위한 단백질 수준 검증이 필요하였다. |
