| 내용 | 돌루테그라비르 50mg 기반 요법을 받는 태국 HIV 감염인 104명을 대상으로 횡단면 분석을 통해 유전형과 체중이 약동학에 미치는 관련성을 조사하였다. 체중 보정 후 UGT1A1 대사 저하 표현형은 다른 표현형에 비해 24시간 약물농도곡선하면적(AUC)이 5.18%, 최저농도가 20.59% 높은 것과 관련되었으며, ABCG2 421 C>A 다형성과 약동학 지표 사이에는 유의한 관련성이 없었다. |
