| 내용 | 폐흡충 성충에서 분리한 28-kDa cruzipain 유사 시스테인 단백질분해효소 Pw28CCP의 구조와 발현 및 항원성을 분석하였다. Pw28CCP는 유약충과 성충의 장 상피에서 발현되었으며, 재조합 단백질을 이용한 면역블롯에서 활동성 폐흡충증 환자 혈청 65검체에 대한 민감도는 86.2%, 다른 기생충 감염 환자 혈청 150검체에 대한 특이도는 98%로 나타나 면역진단 항원으로서의 가능성을 보였다. |
