| 내용 | 활성화된 생쥐 EL4 T세포를 이용해 카나비놀이 인터루킨-2(IL-2) 생산을 억제하는 전사 기전을 조사하였다. 카나비놀은 IL-2 유전자 전사를 억제하고 NF-AT 및 AP-1의 DNA 결합을 감소시켰으나, AP-1 억제는 일시적이며 AP-1 조절 리포터 유전자 활성에는 영향이 없었던 반면 NF-AT 억제는 지속적으로 나타났다. |
