| 내용 | B6C3F1 생쥐의 비장 림프구를 이용하여 과산화수소의 면역 조절 효과와 신호전달 기전을 조사하였다. 과산화수소는 LPS 유도 B세포와 Con A 유도 T세포 증식을 농도 의존적으로 억제했으나 LPS에 대한 항체형성세포 반응에는 영향이 거의 없었으며, PKC 둔감화와 JNK·p38 인산화 억제가 관련 기전으로 제시되었다. |
