| 내용 | 한국인 118명의 미토콘드리아 전체 유전체를 시퀀싱하여 약물 유발 독성 관련 유전 변이의 분포와 빈도를 조사하였다. 총 681개 변이가 확인되었으며, 약물 유발 독성과 관련된 m.2706A>G, m.3010A>G, m.1095T>C의 빈도는 각각 99.15%, 30.51%, 0.08%로 보고되었다. |
