| 내용 | 인간 혈장에서 로시글리타존과 두 주요 대사체를 동시에 정량하는 액체 크로마토그래피-탠덤 질량분석법을 개발·검증하고 약동학 연구에 적용하였다. 세 분석물의 정량 하한은 각각 1 ng/mL였고 관련 교차 신호나 기질 효과는 관찰되지 않았으며, 건강한 한국인 남성의 로시글리타존 4 mg 경구 투여 후 약동학 연구에 적용되었다. |
