| 내용 | MCF-7 세포에서 유제놀이 7,12-dimethylbenz[a]anthracene(DMBA)에 의해 유발되는 DNA 손상에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 유제놀은 DMBA-DNA 부가체 형성을 농도 의존적으로 억제하였으며, DMBA 활성화에 관여하는 CYP1 효소의 활성을 억제하고 해독 효소인 NAD(P)H:quinone oxidoreductase의 발현과 활성을 증가시켰다. |
