| 내용 | 건강한 한국인 남성 40명에게 암로디핀 5mg을 단회 투여하여 CYP3A5*3 유전자형에 따른 약동학과 약력학을 비교하였다. CYP3A5*1 보유자는 *3/*3 보유자보다 혈중 농도곡선하면적과 최고농도가 유의하게 높았으나, 경구 청소율 차이는 유의하지 않았고(P=0.063) 혈압과 맥박에도 유의한 차이가 없었다. |
