| 내용 | 세포 기반 화합물 스크리닝을 통해 Wnt/β-catenin 경로의 새로운 조절 기전을 탐색하였다. A23187 처리로 활성화된 단백질 인산화효소 C(PKC)는 β-catenin의 아미노말단 세린 잔기를 인산화하여 분해를 촉진하였고, PKCα 고갈은 β-catenin의 인산화와 분해를 억제하여 PKC 경로가 β-catenin 수준을 음성 조절할 가능성을 시사하였다. |
