| 내용 | 건강한 대상자의 혈장에서 베니디핀 거울상이성질체의 약동학을 분석하기 위해 반코마이신 키랄 고정상과 액체크로마토그래피-질량분석법을 이용하였다. 라세미체 8 mg 단회 경구 투여 후 (+)-α 이성질체의 최고혈중농도와 무한대까지의 곡선하면적은 (-)-α보다 각각 1.96배와 1.85배 높았으나(p<0.001), 최고농도 도달시간과 반감기는 유의하게 다르지 않았다. |
