| 내용 | Langendorff 관류 랫드 심장에서 이다루비신의 심근 흡수에 대한 독소루비신 병용과 온도 감소의 영향을 약동학적으로 분석하였다. 독소루비신은 포화성 흡수의 Vmax를 50% 감소시켜 순 조직 흡수를 줄였으며, 37°C에서 30°C로의 온도 감소는 KM을 2.6배 증가시켰으나 유출 속도 감소로 흡수 억제가 상쇄되었다. |
