| 내용 | 쥐 Hsf2 유전자의 5′ 측면 영역 2,638bp를 클로닝하여 프로모터의 특성과 뇌 영역별 발현 조절 기전을 조사하였다. 전사 개시점 인접 E-box의 두 염기를 치환하자 USF 결합이 소실되고 프로모터 활성이 크게 감소하였으며, 뇌 영역별 Hsf2 발현량은 USF의 E-box 결합 활성과 상대적으로 상관되어 다른 전사인자의 관여 가능성도 제시되었다. |
