| 내용 | Streptomyces achromogenes var. nibradiris의 rubradirin 생합성 유전자군에서 확인된 rub52의 기능을 규명하고자 유전자를 대장균에 이종 발현하여 시험관 내 효소 분석을 수행하였다. Rub52 산물은 thymidine diphospho-4-keto-6-deoxyglucose의 C-2 탈산소화 기능을 나타냈다. |
