| 내용 | 건강한 자원자 20명에게 실로스타졸 100 mg을 단회 경구 투여하고 48시간 동안 혈중 농도와 혈소판 응집 및 심혈관 반응의 관계를 약동학·약력학 모형으로 분석하였다. 혈소판 응집은 최대 31.14% 감소하고 심박수는 최대 13.49% 증가, 이완기 혈압은 최대 29.51% 감소하였으며, 수축기 혈압에는 유의한 차이가 없었다. |
